Midday Supervisor - Primary School - Birmingham

Hours: Approx. 11:30am - 1:30pm (Monday-Friday)
Start Date: ASAP

Are you a caring, reliable and proactive individual looking to support children in a primary school setting? Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a Midday Supervisor to join a warm and welcoming primary school in Birmingham.

About the Role

As a Midday Supervisor, you will play a key part in ensuring pupils experience a safe, enjoyable and well‑managed lunchtime. Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising pupils in the dining hall, playground and school premises
Encouraging positive play, good behaviour and healthy social interaction
Supporting children with organising activities and games
Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all pupils at all times
Managing minor first aid incidents (training can be provided)
Reporting concerns or behaviour issues to senior staff

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Friendly, approachable and confident working with children
Able to use initiative and promote positive behaviour
Reliable, punctual and committed to supporting the school community
