Sales Administrator
Location: Ripon
Starting salary- £24,500 p/a

A fantastic opportunity for a candidate with an interest in Sales and Customer Service. In this role you will support both the sales team and B2B customers. You’ll be involved in processing orders, keeping records up to date, and helping to solve customer queries in an efficient and professional way. It’s a busy, hands-on role that’s ideal if you like staying organised, working with people, and learning new skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:
Sales Administration:
Processing customer orders via email, phone or online chat
Enter and manage orders on multiple systems
Ensuring orders are processed accurately and with a high level of attention to detail
Supporting delivery timelines by managing customer expectations
Ensuring all orders are processed within the service level agreements
Look for chances to recommend extra products or services
Help on bard new clients to the company systems
Coordinating with other departments, such as finance and operations
Support projects for customers
Customer Service:
Support clients with questions or problems, working with other teams when needed
Provide friendly, helpful after-sales support
Keep customer details up to date on the company systems
Build strong relationships with customers and team members
