Job Title: Maintenance Operative
Location: Stoke on Trent
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: £13.20 - £18.20
Start Date: ASAP

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday
Flexibility with hours between 8 AM and 6 PM Please note: A full UK driving licence is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out refurbishment work in properties, including carpentry, plumbing, and patch plastering.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure facilities remain in top condition.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, showcasing your problem-solving skills.
Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance checks to avoid future issues.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and pleasant environment for all.Requirements:

Valid driving licence is a must.
Experience in plastering (bonding & skimming), fire door installation and adjustment, kitchen installation (including plumbing), gardening (strimming, mowing, hedge cutting), and bathroom installation (including plumbing).
Previous maintenance experience is a plus!
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
