Senior Quantity Surveyor – £12m Education project

This southern regional contractor has an immediate need for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a Freelance contract basis on a newly secured project in Southampton.  

The project is a near £12m refurbishment and extension at a university and will start imminently. Your initial task as Senior Quantity Surveyor will be to manage the subcontractor packages and oversee all commercial activities.

This is a construction management contract and whilst it is not essential to have specific experience, it would be advantageous over other potential applicants.

A UK Quantity Surveying qualification is essential, and you must have worked on education or healthcare projects. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have worked for main contractors for a minimum of 10yrs.
