The chosen candidate will be responsible for handling communication, resolving complaints, and coordinating appointments for technicians and trades. The role involves maintaining accurate records and managing costs efficiently. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop strong relationships

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate appointments for Customer Care Technicians, suppliers, and subcontracted trades.
* Update and maintain defect records accurately.
* Follow up with trades/suppliers for updates and bring persistent faults to the attention of the Construction and Technical teams.
* Manage all communication and resolve validated complaints efficiently, seeking direction when necessary
