Salary: £27,000 - £36,000 (based on experience)

Role Responsibilities:

As a Facilities and Laboratory Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

* Creating and maintaining a safe and collaborative working environment at the Trafford Park facility.

* Providing administrative and operational support including coordinating work orders, permits, and inventory management.

* Coordinating and supporting lab administration activities such as inventories and equipment maintenance schedules.

* Managing site correspondences, facility access, and proposing/implementing improvements for both laboratory and office spaces.

* Acting as the local EHS point of contact, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and participating in safety and environmental compliance programs.

Role Requirements:

The successful Facilities and Laboratory Management Coordinator will have

* Previous experience in laboratory management

* Ability to review, understand and implement EHS policies and requirements with the support of the EHS manager

* Clear and proactive communication skills (verbal e.g., phone calls and written, e.g., emails)

* The ability to manage multiple external stakeholders such as contractors and bring site-related projects to successful completion.
