What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading Unity development across multiple simulation and training projects
Mentoring junior developers and supporting technical interviews
Planning and delivering performant, maintainable Unity applications
Collaborating with engineers, artists, and project managers to bring concepts to life
Staying ahead of Unity’s evolving capabilities and applying them to real-world use cases
Managing testing, debugging, integration, and documentationWhat You’ll Bring:
Proven experience in Unity development, ideally in simulation, VR/AR, or training environments
Strong C# skills and a solid grasp of software engineering principles
Experience with graphic design tools and a keen eye for visual quality
A methodical, analytical mindset with a passion for clean, maintainable code
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
