Pay: £90 - £105 per day
Contract: Full-Time, Long Term to Permanent

We are working in partnership with a welcoming and well-regarded secondary school in the Clifton area of Nottingham. The school is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistant to join their team on a full-time, long-term to permanent basis. Key Responsibilities:
Provide classroom support to secondary-aged pupils, promoting engagement with learning
Offer tailored 1-1 support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Monitor and report on student progress to teachers and pastoral teams
Work closely with classroom staff to deliver effective support strategiesPerson Specification:
Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting (secondary experience is preferred)
Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN) is essential
A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting learning
Must hold (or be willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS certificateWhat You'll Gain:
