Do you have experience of representing within a Police Station?

If so, this could be the opportunity for you!

Crime Duty Solicitor Responsibilities:

* You will have responsibility for and will develop and deal with a caseload of Crime Work including representation at the Police Station and Magistrates Court.

* Part of the out of hours rota for Police Station attendance.

* You will be enthusiastic and energetic in developing and maintaining local and regional networks to attract and secure new business.

Role Specific:

* A current practicing certificate for either the SRA or CILEX.

* Own strong client following.

* Ability to run your own caseload and acting with autonomy.

* Ability to conduct marketing and building caseload.

* If not Duty Qualified a willingness to become accredited.
