We are working with an industry leading manufacturing business to recruit an Operations Manager to join them at an exciting time of expansion! This business has a great reputation, they’ve had a lot of investment, and they continue to go from strength to strength.
 
They are seeking an experienced Operations Manager who will oversee the daily operations across the state-of-the-art facility. The successful candidate will ensure consistent quality, profitability and service delivery.

Must have a qualification within Operations Management or a related field
Must have manufacturing experience
Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Will possess a solid understanding of lean methodologies and manufacturing processes
Responsible for maintaining KPI’s and team performance
Work collaboratively supporting department heads to drive success
Strong knowledge and understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning systems
Consistently maintain compliance across health and safety standards and regulations
Monitoring production schedules and client satisfaction
Train and support the manufacturing team
Leading a team of skilled professionals, optimising productivity whilst maintaining quality output
Knowledge and understanding of HSE regulations
Strong stakeholder management skills, able to deliver results and findings to board level and senior management
