Role: Registered Care Home Manager (RGN essential)
Location: Alfreton
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
 
We’re recruiting for an experienced Care Home Manager to lead a well-established residential and nursing home offering elderly and dementia care. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic leader to drive clinical excellence and inspire a passionate team.
 
What you’ll be doing:

Oversee daily operations of a residential and nursing care home
Lead and support clinical and non-clinical teams
Ensure compliance with CQC and Local Authority standards
Build strong relationships with families, regulators, and the wider community
Promote best practice in care and drive continuous improvement 
What we’re looking for:

At least 2 years of experience managing a care home
Strong knowledge of elderly and dementia care
A nursing pin is desirable, but not essential
Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
