A leading industrial manufacturing site based near Stowmarket is seeking a skilled and driven Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer. The role involves supporting manufacturing and filling operations through planned and reactive maintenance, minor projects, and equipment repairs within a fast-paced industrial paint production environment.

This role would suit a mechanically qualified Maintenance Engineer with a background in industrial settings. Ideal candidates will be proactive, safety-conscious, and comfortable working both independently and within a team. An understanding of electrical systems is advantageous, and a strong focus on detail and problem-solving is essential.

Salary

£44k to £46k per annum, dependent on experience

Monday To Friday

Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across the facility.

Interpret and work from technical engineering diagrams and drawings.

Maintain and repair a range of mechanical and electrical equipment.

Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions quickly and efficiently.

Uphold all health and safety standards, including Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures.
