ASA Recruitment is growing our team across private sector care homes in Fife, and we're looking for caring, reliable individuals who can commit to 20+ hours per week.

Whether you're already working in care or looking to develop your skills, ASA can support you to gain experience in your dream job, offering regular shifts and the chance to learn in a variety of care home settings.

Every placement also has the potential to become permanent for the right person.

Shift Patterns:
08:00-20:00
20:00-08:00

What you'll do:
Provide personal care, emotional support, and practical assistance to residents, helping them maintain dignity, comfort, and independence within a warm, person-centred environment.

What you need:

Minimum 3 months recent experience in a care setting

PVG membership (or willingness to update)

SSSC registration or working towards registration

A caring, patient, and professional approach

Strong communication and reliability

No driving licence required

What we offer:

£13.00 per hour, paid weekly
