Job Title: Gas Service Engineer – Social Housing
Location: Birmingham
Employment Type: Sub-contract
Salary: £1000 - £1300 per week

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Gas Service Engineer to join our dedicated Client supporting residents in social housing. You’ll be responsible for servicing, ensuring safety, compliance, and comfort for tenants across our housing stock.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out routine servicing and maintenance of gas boilers in domestic properties.

* Ensure all work complies with current gas safety regulations and company standards.

* Deliver excellent customer service, respecting tenants’ homes and needs.

Requirements:

* ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1).

* Proven experience in domestic gas servicing and repairs.

* Strong understanding of gas safety regulations.

* Full UK driving licence.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Desirable:

* Experience working in social housing
