Salary: Negotiable, circa £16.50 – £20.00 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role

Actio Recruitment is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering company based in Wellingborough. We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer Miller with experience working on Fanuc controls to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities

* Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines using Fanuc controls and offline software

* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to produce high-quality components

* Ensuring parts are manufactured to tight tolerances and customer specifications

* Carrying out first-off inspections and maintaining quality standards throughout production

* Working collaboratively with the engineering team to meet production deadlines

Candidate Requirements

* Proven experience as a CNC Programmer Miller (Fanuc controls essential)

* Strong knowledge of engineering drawings and machining processes

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality

* Flexible and adaptable approach to work
