Brook Street UK Ltd are looking for a legal assistant to work along side paralegals and solicitors in the personal injury department.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated solicitor or paralegal to join our dynamic personal injury department in Chichester.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the team, contributing to the management of higher value multi-track cases through to trial. This will involve a diverse range of tasks, including but not limited to:

Providing comprehensive advice to clients and adeptly handling instruction-taking processes.
Managing Conditional Fee Agreements (CFAs) and After the Event (ATE) insurance matters with precision and efficiency.
Conducting thorough analysis of disclosures, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
Skillfully preparing witness statements that effectively articulate key case details and support our clients' claims.
Collaborating closely with experts and counsel to gather essential insights and perspectives.
Assisting in the meticulous preparation of court documents, including directions and costs budgets, ensuring compliance with relevant legal requirements and procedural guidelines.This full-time role offers a structured work schedule from 9 am to 5:15 pm, Monday to Friday, providing ample opportunity for professional growth and development within a supportive team environment.
