Factory Operative - Braintree, Essex

We're currently recruiting for a Factory Operative to join a well-established and successful manufacturing company based in Braintree, Essex.

This is a temporary ongoing position with the potential for long-term work for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate basic machinery in a safe and efficient manner
Remove finished products from machines and prepare for the next stage
Support smooth production flow and promptly report any issues to supervisors
Assist skilled machinists during the manufacturing process
Undertake training on a variety of machinery and processes
Provide support in other areas of the factory when required
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Eager to learn new skills and processes
Reliable and looking for consistent, long-term employment
Flexible and willing to take on varied duties
Available to start immediately

Working Hours & Pay:

Full-time, Monday to Friday
07:00 - 16:00 (hours may vary slightly)
£12.21 per hour
