A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a fantastic engineering business in the Paddock Wood area.

With no day ever being the same the Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class manufacturing environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

Deliver planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance across production equipment, building services, and site facilities.
Support installation of new machinery and upgrades, including some industrial wiring.
Work with the Engineering Manager on improvement projects and process optimisation.
Use your problem-solving skills to diagnose and repair faults quickly and effectively.
Maintain a safe and compliant working environment, supporting a strong health & safety culture.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer or similar position
HNC, ONC, or equivalent engineering qualification or completed apprenticeship
Practical electrical and mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment
