PLUMBER WITH SOCIAL HOUSING CONTRACT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR A TEMP POSITION IN NORTHAMPTON

Job Title: Plumber

Location: Rushden, Northampton

Hourly Rate: £22 per hour  

Contract length: 3 months

COVERING AREAS:  Rushden, Northamptonshire, St Neots, Huntingdon to Peterborough 

Van and fuel card provided

Mon-Fri : 8-4:30

Responsibilities of Plumber role:

• Completing Carpentry and basic plumbing repairs work for all properties as per the specification, working in a timely and productive manner with specific turnaround deadlines.

Advising Supervisor in a timely manner when other trades are required • Working in partnership with other operatives to complete projects.

Recording and submitting accurate data using relevant business systems electronic devices

Affording excellent customer service to client representatives

Arranging purchase of materials required to deliver the works in a planned and efficient manner

Comply with safeguarding policy and H&S standards at all times

Operating within the company’s occupational road risk policies and procedures

Using a PDA smart phone to correspond daily with colleagues to update progress and completion information for your allocated work

Requirements of Plumber role:

Social housing experience

NVQ 

no more than 5 points on licence
