The HR Advisor Role Responsibilities:
HR Advice & Employee Relations: Provide timely, consistent and professional HR advice on employee relations, performance and absence-related matters.
Case Management: Support the management of HR cases from initial advice through to resolution, ensuring fairness and legal compliance.
Data & Insight: Monitor, analyse and interpret HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Employee Lifecycle Support: Assist with key lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, induction, probation and exit stages.
Policy & Process Improvement: Keep HR policies, procedures and practices up to date, ensuring they reflect current legislation.
Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:
Previous experience in an HR Advisor role.
CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a dynamic healthcare environment.
