We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and nurturing Nursery Assistants to join a friendly early years setting in Portsmouth. Key Responsibilities:

Support the daily routines and activities within the nursery.
Assist in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences.
Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all children.
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Observe and record children's progress in line with EYFS guidelines.Requirements:

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
A genuine passion for working with young children.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
