Tradewind Education is looking for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner / Full-Time EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and welcoming setting in Camden. This role is perfect for someone passionate about supporting the development, learning, and wellbeing of children aged 3-5 in a structured and nurturing environment.

The Role

Support the planning and delivery of engaging EYFS activities

Provide 1:1 or small group support to children with additional needs

Observe, assess, and record children's development in line with EYFS guidance

Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff

Promote independence, social skills, and a love of learning

Assist with daily routines, transitions, and safeguarding practices

Requirements

Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)

Minimum 1 year of experience working in an EYFS setting

Knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development

Patient, caring, and proactive approach to supporting young children

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
