Field Experience Manager (25-30 hrs. per week)
Location: Hybrid - Office (Basingstoke) & Remote
 
We're looking for a motivated Field Experience Manager to lead onboarding and training programs for our sales teams. You'll play a key role in helping new employees get up to speed, build confidence, and continue developing their skills.
 
What you'll do:

Manage and deliver smooth onboarding experiences for new hires across the region.
Keep training materials and learning plans current and compliant.
Organise key learning events such as kick-offs and leadership meetings.
Work closely with HR, trainers, and business teams to create engaging, effective training.
Support employees throughout their learning journey and oversee learning systems.
Track training effectiveness and suggest improvements.  
What we're looking for

Experience in training, onboarding, or coordinating learning programs (pharma or healthcare experience a plus).
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Comfortable with digital learning tools and adaptable to new technologies.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting employee growth.
