Customer Service Administrator – Temp to Perm
Mid Kent
£15 to £17 per hour DOE
37.5 hours per week
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join our client on a temp-to-perm basis.
Our client is seeking a candidate with prior experience in the housing, property development, or construction sectors, combined with strong customer service and administration skills.

Duties include:
Handle incoming customer calls relating to property defects
Accurately input data into the house builder's database
Escalate significant issues to the Customer Service Manager as needed
Generate and maintain weekly reports of outstanding defects for review with the Customer Service Manager
Ensure timely responses to all queries in line with agreed Service Level Agreements
General Administrative duties
The successful candidate must have/be:
Proven ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively
Calm, personable, and professional demeanor
Essential: Previous experience in the construction, housing, or property development sectors
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
