Site Manager – Tonbridge

Location: Tonbridge, Kent

Position: Site Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team on a busy construction project in Tonbridge. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to oversee and deliver high-quality work on-site, ensuring health and safety standards are met and deadlines are achieved.

? Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders

Ensure work is carried out to the highest standards and in accordance with drawings and specifications

Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with H&S regulations

Manage site paperwork, reports, and site inductions

✅ Requirements:

Valid CSCS Card

Either SSSTS or SMSTS certification (must have one)

Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
