Reeson Education is working closely with a supportive, inclusive Primary School in Ealing to recruit a passionate and resilient SEMH Teacher to take on a Year 5 class from September 2025. This is a full-time role, ideal for a teacher who's committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children who have experienced inconsistency in their education.

About the Role:

This position involves leading a Year 5 class of pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, providing them with a stable, supportive and engaging learning environment. The school is looking for a confident, calm and compassionate teacher with strong behaviour management skills and a restorative, child-centred approach.

You'll work closely with a specialist pastoral team and SEN support staff to tailor learning and support, helping pupils re-engage positively with school life and achieve their potential.

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience supporting pupils with SEMH needs or complex behaviour

Strong classroom management and excellent interpersonal skills

Resilient, proactive and nurturing personality

A commitment to making a lasting, positive difference to vulnerable children
