A leading food business is on the lookout for a proactive, detail-driven Quality Co-Ordinator to join their technical team!
If you've got a sharp eye for standards, a passion for food safety, and the confidence to lead from the front - this could be your next big move.

You'll be a key player in upholding and advancing food safety, quality, hygiene, and compliance standards. You'll take charge of the QA team, oversee internal audits, troubleshoot non-conformances, and keep systems running smoothly. This is a hands-on role where no two days look the same - so if you're someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys leading by example - we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the QA team - coaching, rota planning, and performance reviews
* Oversee audits, food safety checks, and GMP compliance
* Drive product quality through effective monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement
* Own and update food safety documentation, SOPs, and training materials
* Liaise closely with production and hygiene to ensure top-tier standards across the site
* Take the lead on data analysis and trend reporting - you'll know what's happening before anyone else does
* Support internal training and help embed a culture of quality across the business

What You'll Need:
Essential:
* 1+ year's supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment
* Level 2 Food Safety and HACCP
* A hands-on attitude with the confidence to coach and support others
* Strong understanding of food safety legislation, audit standards and GMP
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and databases (especially Excel)
* Ability to analyse problems, find root causes and take action
* Great communicator with a sharp eye for detail and excellent organisation skills
