Description
Provide excellent customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and other platforms.
Manage and process customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain and update digital platforms, including e-commerce and CRM systems.
Analyse customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Assist in marketing and digital campaigns tailored to customer needs.
Support the development of tools to enhance customer engagement.
Contribute to the optimisation of digital processes within the industrial/manufacturing industry.Profile
A successful Customer & Digital Specialist should have:
Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in customer service or a related field.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital platforms.
Experience with supporting on IT software change & the implementation of AI
A strong understanding of the industrial/manufacturing sector is advantageous.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction.Job Offer
A competitive salary in the range of £28,000-£32,000 per annum.
