Description

Management Accountant Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly management accounts and ensure timely reporting to senior management.
Oversee financial controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Monitor dealership budgets and provide analysis on variances against forecasts.
Manage cash flow and oversee banking operations, including reconciliations.
Ensure accurate and efficient payroll processing in collaboration with HR.
Support the dealership team with financial guidance and decision-making tools.
Coordinate with external auditors and ensure smooth year-end processes.
Prepare VAT returns and other required financial documentation.Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

Working towards a professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
Previous experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with accounting software and Excel.
