The Role – SENCO
We are looking for a dedicated SENCO to join a specialist SEN school in East London. You will oversee the coordination of SEND provision across the school, ensuring high-quality support for pupils with complex needs including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH. Working closely with staff, parents, and external agencies, you’ll lead on EHCP processes, interventions, and inclusion strategies. This role would suit an experienced SENCO or an outstanding SEN teacher working towards the NASENCO qualification.
