Due to our business growing rapidly, we are now looking to add a Resourcer to our welcoming team in Birstall.

Route 1 is an independently owned Recruitment Business with alot of loyal contracts, which are busier than ever.

The role:-

You will be answering calls, and matching candidates to our many roles. You will also be confirming multiple shifts with clients per day. Administration is a big part of your day will be admin and navigating around our internal CRM. As a business we pride ourselves on service and therefore getting out to see our clients will also be a part of this role.

We are ideally looking for:-

- Experience in account management.

- Experience with some form of recruitment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Computer literate.

- UK Driving Licence.

- Flexibility to work out of hours if required.
