A leading provider of temperature control solutions are seeking an experienced and results-driven Internal Sales Manager to join their team on a full time permanent, based at their office in Bakewell, Derbyshire.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth, managing a team of Sales Representatives, and building strong relationships with customers.
As Internal Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing strategies to achieve targets and revenue growth
Managing and motivating a team of inside sales representatives to achieve their target
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers
Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them
Analysing data and market trends to inform strategies
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including after sales and operations.
Providing coaching and training to staff to improve their performance
We’re looking for an Internal Sales Manager with:
Sales management experience, preferably in a B2B industry
Proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A Good Team Player
Ability to analyse data and market trends
Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
Experience with CRM software and analytics tools
Hours of work: 08:00 – 16:00 or 09:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday
