My client are seeking an ambitious and highly skilled Security Engineer to manage, develop, and drive forward our security services.

The successful candidate will take a technical lead in shaping this part of the business, working closely with our management team to deliver and grow our offering.

You will be responsible for:

* Installing, maintaining, and fault-finding on security systems, including:

* Intruder alarms

* Access control systems (Paxton and similar)

* CCTV systems

* Other integrated security solutions

* Leading security projects from start to finish

* Managing and mentoring junior engineers (as the team grows)

* Advising on best practices, compliance, and innovation in the security industry

* Helping to establish as a trusted provider in this specialist area

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience (5+ years) as a Security Engineer, with strong technical expertise across intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems

* Strong fault-finding, installation, and commissioning skills

* Ambition to take ownership and drive forward a new business division

* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage projects independently

* A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a professional approach with clients

* Full UK driving licence
