Looking for your next move as an Architectural Technologist? This is a brilliant opportunity to join a leading architectural practice known for delivering high-quality design across a wide mix of sectors.

The team is growing and they’re on the lookout for an experienced, enthusiastic Architectural Technologist to get involved in a varied workload. Projects range from local authority schemes and new-build commercial developments, through to private residential projects and medium-scale multi-unit housing for established local developers — so no two days look the same.

What the successful Architectural Technologist will be doing:

*

Working across the later RIBA stages, with a strong technical focus

*

Producing detailed technical and working drawing packages

*

Collaborating with a friendly, experienced project team

*

Using AutoCAD or REVIT on a daily basis to deliver well-coordinated designs

What they’re looking for:

*

A relevant degree in Architectural Technology / Architecture

*

At least 2 years’ experience working within a UK architectural practice

*

Strong post-qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist

*

Confident AutoCAD and REVIT skills

*

Good, up-to-date knowledge of UK Building Regulations and the planning process

*

Strong technical ability from RIBA Stage 4 onwards

*

ACIAT or MCIAT accreditation would be a bonus, but is not essential
