Support Workers – Great Leighs, Chelmsford (CM3)

Minerva Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Support Workers to join our client’s service in Great Leighs, Chelmsford. This is a temporary role with regular shifts available, offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives.

About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you will be providing care and assistance to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and epilepsy. Your role will involve helping with day-to-day activities, promoting independence, ensuring safety, and offering emotional support. Every day is different, and your work will have a positive impact on the lives of those you support.

Role details:

Location: Great Leighs, Chelmsford (CM3)
Shifts: Day shifts – part-time and full-time hours available
Pay rate: £12.21 – £13.00 per hour (paid weekly)
Type: Temporary position with ongoing, regular shiftsRequirements:

Minimum of 6 months’ care experience
Must be a driver with access to a vehicle (the location is not accessible by public transport)
