£25,000 basic + OTE £55,000 + company carFull-time | Permanent | Monday–Saturday (5-day working week, 8:30am–6pm Mon-Fri, 9am-5am Saturday)
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Automotive Sales Executive to join a busy and successful main dealership in Surrey.
This is an excellent opportunity to represent a leading automotive brand, delivering a first-class customer experience while achieving fantastic sales results and enjoying a rewarding commission structure.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve agreed new and used car sales targets on a daily and monthly basis
* Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
* Manage the customer journey from enquiry through to handover and beyond
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of all vehicle models, accessories, and finance options
* Confidently discuss and promote add-on products and services
* Attend regular training to keep up to date with brand and product knowledge
About You
* Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the motor trade or car dealership environment
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Strong sales focus with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
* Confident working both face-to-face and over the phone
* Full, clean UK Driving Licence essential
