Motorhome Sales Executive - OTE £45,000 - Stourbridge - Family Run Dealership 

Role - Motorhome Sales Executive 
Salary - £18,000 basic salary. OTE £45,000
Hours -  8:30AM - 6:00PM 5 days a week. Day off during the week. 1 Saturday or Sunday per week.

Our client, a successful and family-run motorhome dealership based in the Stourbridge area, is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for people, travel, and outdoor living to build a rewarding career in the motorhome industry.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for guiding customers through the exciting process of choosing their ideal motorhome — from initial enquiry to handover. The role involves listening carefully to customer needs, providing honest advice, and ensuring every visitor enjoys a positive and memorable experience.

Key responsibilities as a Sales Executive include:

Welcoming and assisting customers in the showroom and on the forecourt.
Providing knowledgeable, friendly guidance on motorhome models, features, and options.
Managing enquiries from phone, email, and online channels.
Handling test drives, demonstrations, and finance discussions.
Preparing and completing all necessary sales paperwork.
Maintaining excellent aftersales communication to build long-term relationships.What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in sales — ideally within the automotive, leisure vehicle, or caravan industry.
A warm, professional manner and strong communication skills.
Self-motivated, well-organised, and confident working both independently and as part of a small team.
A genuine interest in helping customers find the right motorhome for their lifestyle.
