We are seeking a capable, hands‑on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, maintain accuracy across all processes, and act as the key communication link between the warehouse and office teams. The successful candidate will manage a small team of 2–3 staff members and provide clear struture, accountability and day to day leadership

Duties Include:

* Oversee all inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including

* receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, warehouse releases, and inventory control.

* Communicate effectively between the warehouse and office teams to

* ensure smooth coordination.

* Lead, support, and develop a small team, ensuring productivity and

* adherence to procedures.

* Provide guidance on correct packing methods for high value goods.

* Liaise with road team operatives when items return to the warehouse,

* ensuring accuracy, correct documentation, and appropriate

* packing/labelling standards are followed.

* Conduct periodic stock checks of stored items.

* Manage storage client invoices through Xero (experience preferred but

* not essential).

* Maintain high standards of accuracy, organisation, safety, and operational efficiency.

Ideal Candidate:

* Proven experience in warehouse management or senior warehouse

* supervision.

* Strong understanding of high value goods

* Confident and assertive leadership style — able to set boundaries,

* maintain discipline, and lead a team effectively. Must be comfortable

* making operational decisions while also being willing to seek guidance

* from management when appropriate.

* Strong written communication skills, with the ability to correspond

* professionally via email and provide clear, concise information.

* High attention to detail with strong organisational abilities.

* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment with

* changing operational demands
