A progressive and well-established construction consultancy in Birmingham is seeking a Project Manager to join their expanding project management division. The Project Manager will work across a portfolio of exciting commercial and education sector developments, providing client-focused project leadership from feasibility through to completion.
This role is ideal for a Project Manager who thrives on taking ownership of challenging schemes and building long-term client relationships within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. The Project Manager will play a key role in shaping the built environment across the West Midlands.
The Project Manager's role
The Project Manager will deliver new build and refurbishment projects valued between £5m-£30m across commercial office spaces, schools, and academy trusts.
Day-to-day duties include:
Full lifecycle project delivery, including pre and post-contract stages
Managing design teams and procurement strategies
Leading stakeholder meetings and client presentations
Contract administration under JCT
Monitoring programme, risk, and cost throughout delivery
The Project Manager
Degree qualified in a construction-related subject
3-6 years' consultancy experience in project management
Sector experience in commercial or education schemes preferred
Confident communicator and problem solver
MRICS/MAPM status or working towards

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum
