Multi Trader – Refurb project
Location: Great Baddow area
Rate: Competitive | 40 hours per week + potential overtime
Contract: Ongoing work

We’re currently seeking an experienced Multi Trader to join our team on a long-term Refurb project based near Great Baddows area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for stable, ongoing work with the potential to move other various sites.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Carry out Carpentry, Plastering, Basic Plumbing, and Kitchen/Bathroom Fitting

*

Deliver high-quality work with attention to detail and customer care

Requirements:

*

Proven experience in a Multi Trade role (especially in New Build and Refurb)

*

Skilled in Carpentry, Plastering, Basic Plumbing & Electrics, Kitchen and Bathroom installations

*

Own tools and transport are essential

*

Ability to work independently and manage workload across multiple sites
