Role Overview
We’re looking for a commercially focused and hands-on Marketing Manager to take the lead on end-user campaigns and events, working closely with our Channel Marketing Manager to align brand messaging and market activity across our ecosystem.
This role will focus on vertical marketing—developing campaigns that speak directly to decision-makers in key sectors, from luxury retail to stadium operators. You’ll be instrumental in driving brand visibility and demand through targeted events, activations, and digital campaigns, both in the UK and across key European markets, including Germany, France, and Spain.
French or German language skills would be a welcome bonus but aren’t essential—we’re more interested in your creativity, energy, and ability to deliver.
Key Responsibilities
* Campaign Leadership: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for end users—targeting sectors such as retail, sports, hospitality, transport, and education.
* Events & Activations: Deliver outstanding brand experiences through trade shows, partner activations, showroom tours, and tailored events.
* Regional Marketing Support: Collaborate with in-market sales teams and partners to support initiatives in Germany, France, Spain, and beyond.
* Content & Messaging: Shape compelling messages and content that connect with end users and influencers throughout the decision-making journey.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand in hand with our Channel Marketing Manager, creative team, and product specialists to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
* Performance Analysis: Track and report on campaign performance—optimising activity to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI.
* Customer Journey: Help refine and improve user touchpoints from awareness to lead generation and handover to sales.
Collaboration & Teamwork
* Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to align messaging and ensure consistent communication across all touchpoints.
* Support regional teams with tailored marketing initiatives that meet local market needs.
* Foster a positive, collaborative, and innovative team culture.
Qualifications & Skills
We’re looking for someone who brings a mix of creativity, commercial focus, and real-world marketing experience:
* 5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally within AV, tech, or design-led industries.
* Proven ability to plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital and physical channels.
* Strong project and event management skills, with experience running successful activations or trade shows.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creating compelling content.
* Data-driven mindset—confident using analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and make recommendations.
* Proficient in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, Canva, or equivalent platforms.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* A collaborative approach—comfortable working across departments and with external partners.
* Bonus: Fluency in French or German, or direct experience supporting marketing in European regions.
