An Iplicit Implementation Consultant (Accounting Software, ERP, Iplicit, Bookkeeping) is required by a fast-growing £2.5M turnover software consultancy with a dynamic 16-person team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become certified in Iplicit, a cutting-edge, cloud-native accounting solution, and join a company that has doubled in size over the past three years.

To be successful, you will need:

Proven experience implementing accounting software
Ability to engage confidently with accountants and bookkeepers
Strong understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles
Excellent communication and consultancy skills
Willingness to travel to client sites when required and spend initial 3 weeks (3 days/week) in WorcesterYou will receive full Iplicit certification and be supported with structured training as you grow into the role. Day to Day: You'll be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their accounting needs and configuring Iplicit accordingly. You will lead implementations, provide training and consultancy, and act as a trusted advisor to your clients. While the role is primarily remote, you will occasionally visit client sites as needed, with initial onboarding taking place partially in-office.
