Receptionist / Front of House
Edinburgh City Centre | fully office-based role
1 months Temp initially | potential to be extended
Full time hours | 8:30am to 5:00pm | Monday to Friday
Pay rate up to £13.00 per hour + holiday pay

Search Consultancy are delighted to be working exclusively with a leading Legal firm based in Edinburgh City Centre to recruit this role on an initial 1 month temporary basis with potential for the role to be extended beyond this.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive Reception & Front Desk support to the business, as well as providing some support to the call handling team where required.

Duties involved in this role will include:
* Based on the front desk of the office - meeting & greeting of all staff and visitors to the office with a smile and a positive outlook
* Ensuring that staff within the office are informed when their guests have arrived
* Offering guests teas, coffees & refreshments on arrival
* Providing basic facilities support, ensuring the office is kept clean & tidy at all times & any issues are appropriately reported
* Handling incoming calls to Reception, transferring calls & passing on messages
* Providing additional support to the firm's Call Handling team during busiest periods
* Various other Reception & Admin duties as required

In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
* Previous experience within a Receptionist role - this experience is ESSENTIAL
* First class communication skills, both written & verbal
* Excellent organisational & time management skills, with the ability to prioritise a busy workload effectively
