CPSS are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Playworker to join our team and support children in a safe, fun, and engaging environment. We require a playworker for a school based the Chelmsley wood area of Birmingham to work full or part time starting asap lay

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and engage children in play activities

Help plan and prepare age-appropriate activities

Ensure safeguarding, health & safety procedures are followed

Support children's social and emotional development

Essential Requirements

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Playwork (e.g., Level 2/3 Diploma in Childcare, Playwork, or Early Years Educator)

Understanding of safeguarding procedures

Good communication and teamwork skills

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

Previous experience and Paediatric First Aid are desirable
