Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home
Location: London (NW1)
Base Salary: £50,000 per annum
OTE: Up to £56,600 through performance-related bonuses

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a reopened children's residential home in the NW1 area of London. The home supports young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), providing high-quality, trauma-informed care in a safe and nurturing environment.
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and development of the home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and delivering positive outcomes for young people.

Key Responsibilities

Registering with Ofsted and ensuring ongoing compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
Providing strong leadership and direction to the staff team
Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care
Managing safeguarding, risk, and behaviour management effectively
Maintaining high standards of documentation, policies, and procedures
Achieving and maintaining high occupancy levels
Preparing for and managing Ofsted inspections
Working collaboratively with the Deputy Manager, Responsible Individual, and external professionalsRequirements

Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a children's residential setting
Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and inspection frameworks
Proven experience working with children and young people with EBD
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
A passion for delivering outstanding care and positive outcomes
