Role: 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant
Key Stage: KS2 (Ages 7-11)

About the Role:
As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a pupil with SEN to provide tailored support throughout the school day. You will help them access the curriculum, develop their social and communication skills, and support their personal development in a nurturing environment.
Promote the child’s learning, social skills, and emotional regulation through structured play, visual aids, and consistent routines.
Provide individualised support tailored to the child’s specific needs and EHCP (Education, Health, and Care Plan) goals.
What we’re looking for:
Experience supporting children with SEN, preferably in a KS2 setting
A caring, patient, and positive attitude
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow and contribute to individual learning plans (IEPs or EHCPs)
Commitment to helping children succeed and flourish in school
