About The Role
As a HR Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in delivering our people strategy and supporting the business to achieve its objectives. You’ll lead on HR projects and change initiatives, while coaching and empowering managers to create a positive culture and manage performance effectively. This is a senior-level role requiring strong commercial awareness, experience and the ability to handle complex employee relations issues.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive the implementation of the People Plan to meet business goals.
· Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant, consistent, and up to date.
· Lead strategic HR projects and integrations.
· Coach and train managers on HR processes and best practice.
· Manage complex disciplinary, grievance, and performance cases.
· Oversee change initiatives such as TUPE transfers and restructures.
· Produce insightful HR reports and analyse trends to drive improvement.
· Line manage HR Officers and mentor team members.
· Build strong relationships across the organisation and with external stakeholders.
· Deputise for the Director of HR & Resourcing when required.
What We’re Looking For
· CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience in a senior HR role.
· Strong knowledge of employment law, including TUPE and redundancy.
· Proven experience in generalist HR at a senior level (care sector experience desirable).
· Excellent communication and influencing skills.
· Ability to work autonomously, under pressure, and to deadlines.
· Proactive, dynamic, and results-focused with a collaborative approach.
