Key Responsibilities

* Picking and packing online orders using a handheld device to navigate the store efficiently.

* Selecting high-quality products for customers and choosing suitable replacements when items are unavailable.

* Processing orders using in-store technology to ensure accuracy, timely completion, and excellent condition on dispatch.

* Supporting customers by handling queries, including occasional phone enquiries.

* Assisting home delivery drivers by preparing and loading orders into vans for distribution.
