The Role:

Assisting with cost planning & budget management
Procurement, tendering & contract administration (NEC & JCT)
Conducting value engineering & risk assessments
Engaging with clients, contractors & stakeholders
Supporting senior surveyors and mentoring junior team members
What We’re Looking For:

Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the property sector
Strong understanding of NEC & JCT contracts
Strong analytical, negotiation & communication skills
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or related field (MRICS preferred)
