Based in stunning offices, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced solicitor to utilise and showcase their skills in commercial litigation matters. This is a full-time role with excellent hybrid working opportunities, working environment and career progression paths.

Responsibilities

Handling a wide caseload of complex commercial litigation matters
Contentious probate
injunctions
property litigation
negotiating and drafting documentation
shareholder and partnership disputes
employee disputes
regulatory
contractual disputes
The Candidate

Qualified solicitors with at least 2 years’ PQE in a similar role
Technical proficiency in commercial litigation is essential
Demonstrates experience of meeting and exceeding targetsd
Works well as part of a team as well as independently
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Outstanding communication and client care skillsThe Firm
